LondonMetric forms joint venture with LVS II Lux X S.a r.l. for £175 million acquisition of portfolio of 27 commercial properties

Jones Day advised LondonMetric Property Plc in connection with a joint venture with LVS II Lux X S.a r.l. for the £175 million (US$287 million) acquisition of a portfolio of 27 DFS commercial properties from the administrators of Delphi Properties Limited.

The portfolio was acquired by a new joint venture which LondonMetric Property Plc has formed with LVS II Lux X S.a r.l., called LMP Retail Warehouse JV Property Unit Trust. The portfolio comprises 22 retail warehouses, four industrial units, and DFS' headquarters and distribution center, covering a total area of 903,700 square feet.
