Jones Day represented Redwood Regional Medical Group ("Redwood"), a multi-specialty physician group practice specializing in medical and radiation oncology diagnostic and interventional radiology, and breast and vascular surgery, in connection with its sale to St. Jude Hospital Yorba Linda, dba St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare. Prior to closing, Redwood was the largest integrated radiology/oncology/surgery practice in the North Bay of California, serving more than 500 patients a day at ten locations in Sonoma, Napa, Mendocino and Lake Counties.
