Multinational professional services firm resolves dispute between senior partners

Client(s) Multinational professional services firm

Jones Day was retained by a multinational professional services firm to conduct a formal investigation after one of its senior partners in the Sydney Office made allegations of bullying and harassment against another senior partner.

Jones Day completed the investigation and when it became apparent that the complainant was not able to continue to work in the firm, assisted the firm to negotiate the complainant's exit from the business (through negotiation with the complainant's solicitors).
