Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with its investment in and related financing of Tate's Bake Shop, Inc., a premium cookie and baked goods provider. The financing consisted of a senior term loan facility, revolving line of credit, and a subordinated term loan.
