Jones Day advised DBAG Fund VI, a fund advised by Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, in the management buyout and related debt financing of Huhtamaki Films, a company active in the manufacturing and finishing of films that are mainly used for technical applications in the label, adhesive tape, hygiene, and health care industries, as well as building and construction, automotive, packaging, and graphic arts industries, for €141 million (US$175.7 million).
