Chicago Public Media negotiates first contract with SAG-AFTRA covering content creation professionals

Jones Day negotiated Chicago Public Media, Inc.'s ("CPM") first contract with the SAG-AFTRA union covering its content creation professionals. The contract provides broad management rights and work assignment flexibility, as well as gives CPM the right to change insurance plans without bargaining, require greater employee insurance cost-sharing, set company policies, and provide discretionary merit pay to employees.
