Kan-Di-Ki awarded injunction in non-compete dispute

Client(s) Kan-Di-Ki, LLC

Following a five-day trial, Jones Day client Kan-Di-Ki, LLC (d/b/a Diagnostic Laboratories or "DL") was granted a two-year injunction in 23 states in a lawsuit brought against a former employee for violating a non-compete agreement. DL, which is an affiliate of Trident USA Health Services, was also awarded monetary sanctions for spoliation and suppression of evidence.
