Jones Day represented Takeeateasy.be SA., an integrated technology and delivery service for highly-rated restaurants, in connection with its issuance of €10 million (US$11.1 million) of Series B Convertible Preferred Stock in a private placement to Eight Roads Ventures and existing investors Rocket Internet, DN Capital, and Piton Capital.
