Aviation company cleared in DOJ-led ITAR investigation

Jones Day represented an aviation company in a federal investigation into the possible illegal exportation of defense services under the Arms Export Control Act ("AECA") or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR"). The government's criminal AECA investigation was closed without charges or fines following a technical and legal analysis conducted by Jones Day.
