LLC in its sale of approximately 20 percent of the outstanding shares in VTG Aktiengesellschaft to Kuehne Holding AG, completing a €358 million (US$401.4 million) divestiture. VTG Aktiengesellschaft is one of Europe's leading wagon hire and rail logistics companies, with a fleet consisting of more than 80,000 rail cars.
