Jones Day advised NEP Group, Inc. in its acquisition of Bexel Global Broadcast Solutions ("Bexel"), a subsidiary of Vitec Group plc. Bexel is a provider of professional audio, video, and production equipment rentals used to facilitate network broadcast coverage of premium sports, entertainment, and live events. NEP Supershooters, L.P. is a subsidiary of NEP Group, Inc., a leading provider of remote television production and studio production services and a portfolio company of Crestview Partners, LP. and Carlyle Global Partners, L.P.
