Jones Day represented Fortino Capital Partners NV, as lead investor, in connection with its purchase of Series C Convertible Stock in a private placement by PieSync NV, a two-way intelligent data synchronization platform for organizations. Ark Angels Activator Fund, PMV, and Dirk Vermunicht acted as co-investors in the €2.8 million (US$3.5 million) investment round.
