Riverside simultaneously acquires four businesses to create Netwatch Global Group

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company on the simultaneous acquisition of four businesses resulting in the formation of the Netwatch Global Group. Netwatch is based in the Republic of Ireland and is a leading provider of remote video monitoring technology solutions. In conjunction with the acquisition of Netwatch, Riverside has acquired monitoring companies National Monitoring Center (U.S.), CalAtlantic (U.S.), and Onwatch Multifire (UK). The combined group will focus on consolidation in the proactive visual monitoring industry and bringing improved innovation and reliability of the visual prevention capabilities in which Netwatch is considered a pioneer.
