Jones Day advised Andeavor Logistics LP in its acquisition of the Wamsutter Pipeline System from Plains All American Pipeline, L.P., a Houston, Texas-based pipeline operator, for $180 million. The system consists of 575 miles of active pipelines that transport advantaged crude oil from Wyoming to Salt Lake City refineries, including Andeavor.
