Jones Day advised the current owners of Reifen Krieg on the disposal of privately held Reifen Krieg Group, a leading full-range tire wholesaler in Germany, to European FinTyre Distribution Limited ("EfTD"). London-based EfTD is owned by Bain Capital and a strategic platform company that owns tire distribution assets in Italy and Germany.
