Jones Day represented Cowboy SA, a Belgian start-up that developed an innovative electric bike for the modern-day commuter, in connection with its issuance of €10 million (US$11.4 million) of Series A Convertible Preferred stock in a private placement to Tiger Global Management, Index Ventures, and Hardware Club.
