Vascular Solutions enforces catheter patents against QXMédical

Jones Day represents Vascular Solutions, LLC, Teleflex Innovations Sarl, and Arrow International, Inc. in ongoing patent litigation. Vascular Solutions asserts that QXMédical, LLC's Boosting Catheter infringes six patents that cover Vascular Solutions' flagship product, the GuideLiner® guide extension catheter. Interventional cardiologists use the GuideLiner® in coronary catheterization procedures, to assist in gaining access to difficult-to-reach portions of the coronary anatomy.
