Banco Santander México provides $86.85 million credit facility to Inmobiliaria Conjunto Polanco

Jones Day represented Banco Santander México in the execution of a $86.85 million credit facility provided to Inmobiliaria Conjunto Polanco, S.A.P.I. de C.V., a subsidiary of Grupo Gigante, for the construction and development of Miyana, a mixed-used residential and commercial development company located in Mexico City. In addition, represented Banco Santander México in the partial assignment to HSBC Mexico of its participation under the $86.85 million credit facility, which included the execution of an Agency Agreement between Banco Santander Mexico as Administrative Agent, and HSBC Mexico as lender.
