Jones Day represented Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC, a regulated electric transmission and distribution service provider, in connection with a $350 million multi-draw term loan credit facility arranged and led by Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as administrative agent. The facility also includes an uncommitted accordion feature permitting additional term loans of up to $100 million.
