Jones Day advised Koch Equity Development LLC, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc., on the purchase of the remaining equity stake held by Golden Gate Capital in Infor, a global leader in business cloud software specialized by industry. Jones Day previously advised Koch Equity Development LLC in a series of investments in Infor beginning in 2017. Infor is now a standalone subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc.
