Wabtec settles antitrust class action regarding employee recruiting practices

Client(s) Wabtec Corporation

Jones Day defended Wabtec Corporation and settled an antitrust class action. The settlement resolved 24 class actions consolidated in an MDL against Wabtec and other entities challenging alleged “no poach” agreements regarding employee recruiting.
