Jones Day advised Berenberg, BNP Paribas, and TP ICAP Europe, as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners, in connection with a €87.3 million offering by Bigben Interactive, a European player in video game development and publishing, in design and distribution of smartphone and gaming accessories as well as in audio products, of its inaugural senior conditionally secured bonds exchangeable into existing ordinary shares of Nacon due 2026.
