VIA Technologies enters into agreement with Intel for recruitment of employees

Client(s) VIA Technologies, Inc.

Jones Day represented VIA Technologies, Inc. in its entry into a definitive agreement with Intel. Under the terms of the agreement, Intel will recruit certain employees of Centaur Technology, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of VIA, in exchange for certain covenants of Centaur. The closing is contingent on the satisfaction of certain conditions in the definitive agreement.
