Jones Day advised Husqvarna AB on the acquisition of Lunar Holding Corporation ("Orbit Irrigation") for $480 million in cash. Orbit is in the business of designing, sourcing, producing, and distributing products (and related services) for residential, commercial and agricultural watering and garden tools and is majority owned by affiliates of Platinum Equity.
