Jones Day advised The Riverside Company on the final closing of its RCS SBIC Fund II, L.P.

The Fund is structured as a Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) and is licensed and regulated by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). The Fund closed above its target and has more than $280 million of capital to invest including the use of leverage.
