Banco de Sabadell provides financing for development of certain photovoltaic projects in Spain

Jones Day advised Banco de Sabadell, S.A. in the financing granted to three special purpose vehicles of well-known energy company for the construction and operation of three photovoltaic plants located in Badajoz, Spain. The transaction involved the execution of three separate facility agreements (one per project) and their corresponding set of ancillary documentation (e.g. security package, hedging agreements, fee letters, etc.).
