Our globally integrated Real Estate Finance team represents both lenders and borrowers in complex real estate finance transactions. The team advises a broad range of clients, including financial institutions, private equity funds and owner/operators, on both public and private market transactions.
- Our Real Estate Finance practice spans the United States, Europe and Asia, acting for a mix of investment banks, funds, financial institutions and REITs on some of the most complex finance transactions undertaken in the real estate sector.
- With a strong technical understanding of the issues confronting our clients, and by acting for both lenders and borrowers, our team has a broader perspective than many other firms. This range of experience enables us to find commercially astute solutions.
- Our team represents clients in all sectors of commercial real estate investment and development, including data centers, healthcare, homebuilder, hospitality, industrial, logistics, multifamily, office, retail, senior living and student accommodation.
- Beyond originations, our team has extensive experience advising both creditors and investors on debt restructurings, loan portfolio sales and acquisitions, distressed asset workouts, recapitalizations and enforcement strategies.
