EDS intervenes in protest action concerning Army's award of contract for Jurisdiction 2 Medicare Administrative Contract Program

Client(s) Electronic Data Systems Corporation

Jones Day represented Electronic Data Systems Corporation as an intervening party in two separate protest actions related to the U.S. Army's award of the Jurisdiction 2 Medicare Administrative Contract program contract. The protests called for extensive briefing and a full-day GAO hearing. The matters were resolved through agency corrective action and the protests were thus dismissed as academic.
