SODEARIF obtains financing for velodrome in St. Quentin-en-Yvelines

Jones Day advised SODEARIF, a real estate development subsidiary of Bouygues Batiment Ile-de-France, in connection with the €73.8 million (US$105.5 million) project financing for the design, construction, infrastructure, and operation of a new velodrome in St. Quentin-en-Yvelines (Paris region), provided by Dexia CLF and Societe Generale. SODEARIF was one of the shareholders in the special purpose vehicle that borrowed the funds for this public-private partnership contract.
