Jones Day represented The Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs & Co., in its private equity investment in MBA Properties, Inc., the holding company of McCormack Baron Salazar, a St. Louis-based developer of affordable urban housing. Goldman Sachs acquired a one-third interest in MBA Properties, Inc.
