Jones Day provided advice to Electron Investment, S.A., a joint venture between Inveravante Inversiones Universales S.L. of Spain and the Panamanian entity Grupo Eleta, in connection with its $294 million project financing for the construction, installation, start-up, and operation of two hydroelectric power plants with an aggregate capacity of approximately 84 MW located in Chiriqui, Panama.
