EDF negotiates cross-border and cross-affiliate Master Netting Agreement

Jones Day represented Electricité de France (EDF) in negotiating a cross-border and cross-affiliate Master Netting Agreement in connection with gas swap under which EDF will deliver 0.5 billion cubic metres of gas per year to Gazprom in the United States for five years in exchange for Gazprom delivering the same volumes to EDF in the United Kingdom.
