Jones Day represents plaintiff Celgene Corporation in a declaratory judgment action for non-infringement and invalidity of four Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. patents related to certain depsipeptides and uses thereof. Jones Day also defends Celgene against allegations of infringing the four patents-in-suit by Celgene's marketing of ISTODAX(R) (romidepsin).
