Jones Day defended CareerBuilder, LLC against a lawsuit alleging misappropriation of trade secrets and other claims relating to software used in CareerBuilder's resume critique and writing service, cbResume.com. Jones Day defeated an attempt to enjoin its client from using this software, defended CareerBuilder in discovery and motion practice, and eventually the case was settled on favorable terms.
