Jones Day represented Dick's Sporting Goods, Inc. in a nationwide class action against current and former employees' state law claims for allegedly unpaid straight time and overtime. Jones Day successfully opposed a motion to remand to state court and subsequently negotiated a mutually agreeable settlement.
