Riverside acquires KEYMILE Group

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing of KEYMILE Group, a leading global supplier of communication solutions in the area of access and transmission systems for public and private telecommunication networks, operating networks of railway companies, energy suppliers, and other private network operators. KEYMILE Group has business operations in more than 60 countries and subsidiaries in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Brazil, Hungary, Poland, Russia, and the United Kingdom. The acquisition was made together with co-investor Halder, a Germany private equity investor. Former investor HANNOVER Finanz, as well as several current and previous members of management, sold their stakes to the private equity firms.
