Jones Day advised KeyBank National Association in connection with a $241 million senior secured financing, consisting of a $36 million revolving facility and a $205 million term loan, in connection with the acquisition of American Dental Partners, Inc., a leading provider of dental practice management services, by JLL Partners, Inc.
