Sanofi sells research site in Toulouse to Evotec

Jones Day advised Sanofi in the sale of a research site in Toulouse, France to Evotec as part of a strategic partnership according to which Sanofi granted a €250 million (US$270 million) commitment over a period of five years, dedicated to the setting up of a joint research and development program of the activity of the research and development platforms of the site in Toulouse.
