Jones Day devised and conducted a mock dawn raid and training at the Brazilian headquarters of a U.S.-based Fortune 500 medical device company. Working with local Brazilian counsel to provide local law content, Jones Day lawyers led a mock dawn raid and multiple follow-up training sessions for all senior company executives and others likely to be involved in a raid scenario. Training focused on company policies and procedures, as well as employees' rights and obligations, in the event of a raid.
