Jones Day advised CBRE Global Investment Partners in connection with its investment in Pan-European Logistics Venture, a TH Real Estate investment fund, and the fund's simultaneous acquisition and financing of a portfolio of seven logistics assets: four in France, one in Germany, one in Holland, and one in Spain, for €350 million (US$400 million).

In addition to M&A representation, Jones Day provided real estate, banking, and private equity advice regarding this transaction.
