Jones Day advised a syndicate of lenders including Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. as agent in assessing the impact of the change of control in the borrower under a €77 million (US$85.9 million) project finance of a wind park located in Jarafuel, Valencia, Spain). The shares of the borrower have been acquired by Cubico Naranja Wind Spain, S.L. and Plenium Partners, S.L.
