Ivanhoe Cambridge completes partnership with Piramal Enterprises Limited to invest in residential development in India

Client(s) Ivanhoe Cambridge Group

Jones Day represented Ivanhoe Cambridge Group in connection with its strategic partnership with Piramal Enterprises Limited (PEL) to provide long term equity capital to blue chip residential developers across the five major metro cities in India. Ivanhoé Cambridge is allocating an initial US$250 million for this purpose. PEL will commit an additional amount alongside and co-invest between 25 percent and 50 percent of each transaction.
