Jones Day advised Arsenal Capital Partners (“ACP”) on the full shop auction of IGM Resins Cooperative U.A. and its group (“IGM”) to European private equity firm Astorg as the successful bidder. IGM is a producer of raw materials (photoinitiators, acrylates and additives) for the ink and coatings industry and has operations on a global scale including The Netherlands, USA, China, and Italy.
