Bard defends against infringement actions brought by Medline Industries relating to catheter trays

Client(s) C. R. Bard, Inc.

Jones Day represented C. R. Bard, Inc. in three patent litigation lawsuits brought by Medline Industries, Inc. alleging infringement of ten patents directed to urinary catheter trays. After claim construction and IPR proceedings, three patents were eliminated from the cases.
