Jones Day advised Anthony Wright and Phillip Armstrong of FRP Advisory in their capacity as joint administrators of Onwatchmultifire (UK) Limited in connection with the pre-pack sale of the company's security services and fire protection businesses. The sale involved the division of the company's businesses in order to facilitate a sale to two separate buyers.
