Jones Day represented Wellington Partners Life Sciences V, a leading European Venture Capital firm investing in early- and growth-stage Life Science companies, together with MIG GmbH & Co. Fonds 16 and Salvia GmbH, in connection with their €15 million growth investment in Creative Balloons GmbH, a specialist in researching and developing ultra-thin polyurethane (PUR) balloons for medical device applications, namely catheter manufacturing.
