TDF Fibre obtains sustainable project financing to roll-out and operate fiber optic networks in France

Client(s) TDF Fibre SASU

Jones Day represented TDF Fibre, a joint venture between TDF SAS and the Caisse des dépôts et consignations, in connection with a €735 million credit facility to (i) refinance and finance the rollout and operation of four fiber optic networks located in low-density areas in the departments of Val d'Oise, Yvelines, Loir-et-Cher, Indre-et-Loire, and Maine-et-Loire and (ii) finance the acquisition of additional fiber optic networks in France.
