Celgene makes joint application to ACCC for statutory immunity with generic suppliers

Client(s) Celgene Corporation and Celgene Pty Limited

Jones Day advised Celgene Corporation and Celgene Pty Limited on a joint application with two generic suppliers, Juno Pharmaceuticals and Natco Pharma, to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission ("ACCC") for statutory immunity. The application sought to enable Juno and Natco to bring to market generic versions of Revlimid® and Pomalyst® and to end the ongoing legal proceedings.
