Nordson Corporation acquires CyberOptics Corporation

Client(s) Nordson Corporation

Jones Day advised Nordson Corporation in the acquisition of CyberOptics Corporation, a leading global developer and manufacturer of high-precision 3D optical sensing technology solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, Nordson acquired CyberOptics for $54 per share in cash, or approximately $380 million net of cash acquired.
