Riverside forms Riverside Micro-Cap Fund VI

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in the formation of Riverside Micro-Cap Fund VI (RMCF VI), raising $1.872 billion in investable capital, the largest in RMCF and Riverside history and more than 50% larger than its predecessor fund RMCF V. RMCF VI will invest the capital raised into fast-growing North American companies with generally up to $10 million of EBITDA.
